not too shabby

ok:
visually, it was great. like
the smooth color palette
you chose for the animation.
the audio clarity was good and
fits with the q&a since im assuming
it was off the show; however, the
skit was a little on the short side
and i dont find the show that
funny or appealing. so overall
it wasnt that bad, and in a way,
kinda liked it.

Thanks. I think. Sure, why not.

visual eye candy

outstanding:
wow, you have some talent in
the anime department. the
animation was so slick and
smooth; very pleasent and
easy on the eyes. the audio
was very authentic, and despite
reading subtitles, i could pick
up on some enthusiasm in it.
kinda energetic and charming.
not only did you get the chibi
anime style in there with facial
expression and out of proportion
heads, there was also the frentic
fighting with ridiculous power up
moves and frenzied showdowns;
however, the animation seemed
a little rough during the action
sequence, but not that big of a
problem. if you were to do this
again or something along the lines
of it, keep it as it is. dont change
anything about it, its perfect.

kinda stale now

ok:
theoden, horsemaster was better.
with that said, i was dissapointed
with this one. it seems you used
the same humor scheme from
the previous one, but it just
pails in comparison to how
hilarious it was. this felt some
what overused and the humor
was spread out unevenly through
out the scenes. you barely tried to
do something new and felt like it
was another iteration.

great parody on a poor movie

message:
i never saw what was so
special about numa numa
dance, but i think this is a
great parody on that dumb
movie. so people, calm down
if this some how offends you,
which it shouldnt because
parodies are meant to make
fun of other content, so
dont watch it unless you
know what a parody is. with
that said, this was good for
what it was, a parody, but i
really dont see this as a
good movie persay. it was
made to show that throwing
in random, incoherent scenes
with a fat guy dancing to song,
isnt the workings of a comic
genious. i did enjoy this, but
the movie was a copy of the
numa numa dance, so it would
make sense to give it a low score
to show my hatred for that title.
ps: not really rating this so it wount
hurt your batting average, if it
really has an effect, just using
this review to make sense to the
viewers the purpose of this movie.

medicore

ok:
im a little confused about this
one. first it was about a particle,
then a man working in a cubicle,
followed by the universe, and how
a triangle tries to destroy them all.
wtf
anywho, it was unique in a bizarre
sense and the music just makes it
even weirder. visuals were good
and nicely done; music was however
obnoxious, but fitting for this title;
and there was some interactive
options such as concept art and
scene selection to boot. though
i cant really get if there was really
a purpose to its creation, it was
somewhat entertaining overall.

solid movie

good:
though it wasnt that
original of an idea,
the visuals were great
and the amount of work
you put into it really shows.
just wish most animations
on this site were this good.
the style was very simplistic,
but smooth and easy on the
eye; i find the artistic flare
very appealing. sfx were
decent at most, but get
the job done. this would
have recieved a perfect
score if the story was a lot
more intriguing, or if not, at
least more creative; it was
good none the less.

woot-woot

booyah!
i will say that visually, it was
horrible. the characters were
fine, but the animating wasnt
that great. with that said,
everything else was subperb.
im not that big fan of final
fantasy, i did however
recognized some of the
characters. it was great to
see a spoof and actual enjoy it
without knowing too much about
the content material; well, maybe
a little. though the humor was so
qwerky and offbeat that it tickled
my fancies, especially the metal
gear solid intro. which really got
to me because im a huge afficiando
of mgs. the audio was great, but
hearing the mic patter and put was
off putting to hear. the voicework
for the cactus character is by far
the best ive heard in terms of humor
on this site yet. that facial expression
he has further adds to it, its just so
classic and a innocent look =o
overall it was such an experience,
visuals need to be better, and
audio a bit clearer; and it would
be perfection incarnate, close
though.

lacking

flawed:
it would of been better if
there was some humor in
there. the visuals were
great and i liked the character
designs, especially the fat lady
in part two; however, the sense
of humor isnt that creative of
entertaining. just watching a
guy with a butcher knife chasing
a chicken, that might sound funny
to some viewers, but ive seen this
type of humor before and it isnt that
fresh or new to me. you would only
find this entertaining if your into the
old cartoons like tom and jerry, but
otherwise, dont expect a good laugh
out of this one.

not that funny

meh:
im not complaining too much
about the lack of originality,
but the humor wasnt that
appealing to me. it mostly
relies on course language.
not that i didnt get the joke
that went along with it too.
with that said, i will say that
the animation was solid and
the voicework wasnt too
shabby either. it wasnt
horrible, but not that
amazing either.

solid movie

good:
-it wasnt as awesome as i
thought it would be, but good
none the less. humor didnt
get to me as much because
im kinda use to it now, maybe
thats how i am. first one was
hilarious in my opinion, but
after viewing the next two
incarnations of the series, it
didnt quite retain its humor.
-visually it was pleasing and
entertaining to watch.
-voicework is great and adds
style to claveman because
caveman wouldnt be claveman
without his slurs.
-it was very interactive with
the ability to chose what scene
you disire to watch, which was
nice feature because i watched
that mortal kombat scene over
and over again. also for being
nine min in length, it was handy
to throw that pause button; even
though i didnt use it, it was ready
if needed.
-overall experience was okay,
humor feels old, but the series
is still original in style and has
some of the best voicework on
newgrounds.
