atrocious

i really do hate sprites, there just
so visually unappealing. with
that said i can say the graphics
suck mainly because its based on
nes, though i can say the same
for its humor too. really, did it have
to be a penis joke...thats about 4th
grade material there, also, throw
in the short play time makes this
an overall awful movie. i wonder
why i even watched it in the first
place, but at least i gave it a try.

solid animation

good:
i like the chibi caricatures you
drew of the xmen cast, very
appealing. the humor was
some-what delightfully and
mostly incoherent. i bet there
were so many inside jokes in
this that only hardcore fans
would understand, but a few
of the events i kinda remember
about. though i did like the reference
to whether or not they should count the
storyline of the legends series :P

solid movie

good:
the fluid animation was subperb,
but the whole length time seemed
a little on the short side. though the
visually pleasing and smooth frame
rate of the animation almost makes
up for it. surprisingly, it was a lot gorier
then the previous suburban ninja episodes;
however, its fitting that it would be when
associated with a ninja. also, i like the
fact that he had the thiefs hand on a mantle
in the living room, a very fitting ending indeed.
hopefully the next itteration of the series would
be just a little longer and the audio a bit smoother
because it seemed a little low in quality.

kick ass!

subperb:
another great globber of
parody goodness. i think
i have lost count of all of
the cameos that have appeared
in this episode, but a majority of
them were from video game related
franchises...except for skeletor from
heman. besides the point the animation
is very professional and is deservent of
its front page spot, which i cant always
say the same for most entries. the visuals
were gorgeous and voicework very delightful.
its easy to spot in animations how much attention
they put into voicework, and this goes all the way.
the characters seem very believable in the qwerky
situations that they are in and voicework further
adds life to them, unlike most animations which
dulls or takes away from the experience. the
humor is very lusciously appealing. especially
the dramatic scene where wakka avoids all of
the blasts, but gets stab from behind exactly
like sepiroth did before. also, all of the anime
facial expression, such as dumbfound looks that
cloud and squall were giving when trying to solve
the riddle, another hilarious moment. i was say that
ive become a fan of this series, even though my
first impression wasnt that amazing, because im
not a hardcore ff fan, but this still appeals
to all viewers, regardlessly of knowledge
and can still be enjoyed. look eagerly for
the next installment :P

solid movie

good:
the animation was surprisingly
good and the music was delightful.
most of the humor was somewhat
original, but overall was satistfying
and refreshing. also there was quite
a bit of violence to through into the
mix with one of the skits...it was
actually quite gory with the blood
spewing and the intestine ripping,
which seems to differ from the rest
of the light hearted humor; however,
its not bad to have a mix of everything
in an flash animation.

solid animation

good:
the animation was very
moving, and i like how you
sync the movie along with
the movie; however, despite
the smooth, crisp visuals, the
character designs were bland
and uncreative. i kinda hope that
the evil manifestations were
something more then a dark
ghost, plus the humans looked
a little dull and generic. same
applies with the angels, but i
liked how they resembled chess
pieces. despite a couple of qwerks,
everything else was sublime.

not too shabby

ok:
i have to admitt that the
ending did save this animation
from boredom...its always funning
watching other people have a nervous,
emotional breakdown; his tears are so
yummy :D
plus the drawings arent too
bad and the voicework solid.

solid movie

good:
loved the idea it isnt a
sprite animation, im so0o
sick of them...regardlessly,
this wasnt too shabby of an
animation. love the constant
stupor the characters seem
to be in, though im still curious
about why its called ff: day care.
maybe because the two main
characters act like children,
especially during the scenerio
where the black mage was just
trying to act inconspicuous about
wetting himself...good times! though
the voicework was rough around the
edges and seem to lack the quality
that is expected today in flashes.
also, the interative bar at the bottom
was very niffty, but i found out that
the audio doesnt rewind with the
visuals when doing so...might want
to fix that.

lacking

flawed:
its nothing to get that excited
over...its another stick animation,
which is bland and boring to look at,
doing another hack sack game...
havent i seen this before? despite
the lacking visuals and unoriginallity,
the music choice was good and 3d effects
spiffy, plus the action or 'insanity' was
intense; thought the buttons were a little
unresponive too.

outstanding:
final fantasy has never looked
so appealing. im not a fan of the
series, mainly because the games
are boring. i realize that the series
storylines and characters are great,
and you can summon some awesome
visual looking atacks, but most of the
gameplay consist of running and
selecting menu's and subscreens.
even if i didnt have a degree knowledge
of the characters of final fantasy, didnt
mean i couldnt enjoy this; though i do at
least know a few of them. the humor was
very alluring and the characters personalities
charming. i havent seen so0o much attention
and detail been put into a single animation,
has a very proffesional quality to it; i mean
the screen look exactly that of a dvd menu!
the mixing of video game characters and
settings together is just further icing on the
package and i wait eagerly for the sequel.
rarely do i hand out perfect tens, but this is
very deservent of it.
