6/10: okay

It was a little confusing because I found myself trying to keep up with the subtitles and video at the same time. It seemed a little fast paced for a deeply thought out story, but however the graphics were amazing, but nothing special because I've already seen it before. Hopefully in the next episode it won't have those annoying subtitles because they detract from the story rather then add to it. It was intriging and I would like to see more.

Liked the violence the best, but nothing else was top notch or surprising. You're animation could of used some work and it wouldn't hurt to develope your own personnel style in the visual department. It was a little too short and the ending happened too fast to realize what happened, which was the higlight of the story.
2/5 r: nothing too new or intresting
It seems I've already seen so many short cartoons on senseless, incoherent violence and this did nothing to change it.

I like where it is going, but what is up with the school faculty trying to plot against the deaths of a few trouble making students? I know that they have caused issues with gangs and school fights, but is that necessary? If that student transfering from another school killed all these gang members and left a few in the mental hospital, shouldn't he be in jail? Maybe it will explain itself overtime or maybe it was in the 1st episode that was never shown on newgrounds. I can't help, but to say that this is like yuyu hakusho with a darker touch to it. It was also nice to see that you have more vocal talent for you're cartoon!

I wonder what happened to xin session 1? Anyway I can't belive I have missed the series so I'm trying to catch up. The graphics were good, but could be better and I found the 2 characters with actually pics for heads seemed out of placed and not that funny. This cartoon seems remeniscent of yuyu hakusho, which was the only reason that I gave this cartoon a decent rating. For once I can say that was the best voice acting I've ever heard coming from the guy who kicked both of those goons asses. He just had so much personallity and life that really added to the character. I understand what you guys are going through because I have a cartoon series that desperately needs voices too, but lack the knowledge of where to start.

Don't listen to some people's dumb coments that don't have any justification. The cartoon did seem to be a little to fast for the music, but the music was perfectly chosen for this to fit in with the mood of the story. It was awesome in all aspects including originality, violence, graphics, and animation. I was most impressed with the scene were there was a reflection of the castle in the desert in the woman's eye. It had it's moments of ooh and awe. It's a very moody and serious short that obviously a must see. I just wish that it won't be overlooked and will get some attention on the hompage coupled with a few awards and probably a spot on top 50. Trust me, it's that good.

WOW! Thanks man! What a sweet thing to say! :))))))

Hey, I hope all that stuff too. But, we'll see. I'm so glad you enjoyed it---feel free to keep a lookout for a little thing called FUGUE 2 that will be coming out in 2005. Hopefully it'll have less mistakes in it. heh.

I'll sum up the whole entire cartoon...Luigi sneaks out to get a snack, wakes up his brother, and while rumaging through the fridge, gets killed. I guess by his older brother or something. That's as exciting as it gets, plus you don't even see him getting killed on any way, just by being dragged through his own blood. Just by reading this and not watching cartoon, you wouldn't have missed a thing. I did however like the facial expressions Luigi gave and of course the occassional easter egg here and there (kirby the biggest). The music did fit with the mood perfectly and I didn't find any moments of misplacement or lag. The best way to some up the cartoon is by...

Liked how the ninja was set in modern times. I hope people understand what that advertising was suppose to be on *cough* AOL *cough*, but shouldn't the ninja do a trible back flip down the hall followed by a double heel thrust into the jaw of guard 1? Then a double vicerision of guard 2 with his doubled sided katana? Then lastly a trible thrown shruiken blast causing the gun barrel to explode causing guard 3 to lose his hands followed by the last 2 to peirce both eye sockets of his skull? Lastly do a magical ninja burst to take out the machine and then do a running wall jump out the window and as he is falling, use the kitana by means of slowing his decent down the buildind by thrusting into the wall? You should of studied 101 on proper ninja etiquette.

Good ideas, I'll keep them in mind. Maybe if I had had more than a week or two to work on this project, I could have done some of that, but alas have lost my source file :( Hopefully more of that kinda stuff will be in a future episode.
