do i smell a newbie?

ok:
I see talent, my god do I, but why isn't used?!
Loved the art style, but this was too short too really show anything special. I get the humor, but it wasn't that creative or that funny.
Just do something crazy with that kickass style and it would be spectacular.
Voicework and music was appropiate and fitting, but not the best I've heard.

Well, at least you agreed that the humour was cheesy.
The visuals were good, but not artistically pleasing.
Voicework was subpar, but music was well chosen, especially the dramatic du du dun un.
The cartoon charactures were good.
Not much else to say good or bad about this.

The person who reviewed with the comment "Strong Sad's head...?
" has never seen a zoloft commercial. Loved the zoloft parody, liked how the narrator said...see that flower...yes that one...you use to like that one didn't you? :P
Though I liked the ability to chose what pill to take, ie the matrix.
Very clever political view, very clever.

[Freddy vs Jason vs Ash]

I'm surprised to how many people know who ash is, wow!
I always thought that I was the only one who has seen evil dead,
it's great to know that I'm not the only one who has seen the cult classic. The concept looks good just because it has bruce cambell in it :D Who really cares about the over rated freddy and jason characters, really; the movie freddy vs jason was god awful.
Despite the fact that it won't be made, there could be another evil dead in the works after sam raimi is done with the script for spiderman 3, which sounds a lot better then this concept, but still cool though. Loved the horror movie references in the beginning with the classic freddy song and of course jason's mask, but how can you compare it to ash working as a clerk at the local super store! It was nice to see a character featuring the beloved character and it would so kick ass to see a cartoon series featuring him, if you don't do it, then I will, and I think it would be better if you did, please!
The new line cinemas logo added to the feeling of actually watching a trailer, very spiffy looking.

[kegel: creepiest creepy]

The beginning with kegel singing one of weezer's songs was charming.
Let me guess; enron, hellboy, oj, aragorn, and...and...
The overall presentation was preofessional and the voicework wasn't too bad, but there seemed to be slight variations between characters which are very obvious and easy to tell it was voiced by a single person.
Humour wasn't that abundant and seem to mostly rely on the ring melody and other easter eggs or cameos.
Also, surprisingly, the episode was pretty violent for a kegel one, but then agian it was a halloween edition.

visual eye candy

not too shabby:
I wish it would of had a better resolution then that.
The visual style was very artistic and I like the gesture/contour style of the drawings.
It seemed sad, but I couldn't really fell sad though. More frustrated of how unsympathetic the human race is. The guys were just a bunch of a couple dumbasses. Though, it seems the kids playing had this innocence to them, but when they were throwing the rockas at the back of robots head. It just showed the true nature of human beings. It made sense what that woman was saying, but she did seem like a b**ch about it.
Music seemed sparse and voicework did lack feeling, but wasn't horrible.

why me?:
I have to agree with one of the previous comments.
We aren't 10 year olds.
So don't make movies that rely on potty humour.
You think you would try something creative and original, but just the inner psyche of a 10 year old whos humour is on the obession of bodily fluids and secretions.
How can really anyone be entertained by this mudane crap.
I guess the low intelligent ones which sadly consists of the media on newgrounds and further explains how it got on homepage.
Really, how can you once be an animator for the simpson when the intro was poorly animated and humor was just atrocious. You think you would recieved a hint from the clever mind behind the simpson, but I guess no.
People who didn't find this review heplful were the people I was just talking about.

[Bill gate's dark secret.]

not for every one

not too shabby:
I did get the joke, but it wasn't that funny.
I guess I should have the humour of a techie.
Visulas were great and it would be surprising to see some more of the style. The cartoon characture of bill gates was very stylish and I liked the use of shadow to further emphisize it. The music at the end I just adore becuase I even used it in one of my animations. You can't go wrong with matrix music, proven fact.
Though the plot wasn't that appealing to me, the visuals make up for it, but it was short way before you know it; so it soley relies on it's sense of humour, which isn't that passing.
