2/5: nothing too new or interesting.
Basically sums up the whole entire cartoon.

SeizureDog responds:

That "should have been called '5' really" comment I can't really argue with. Those two are pretty simple :P But it did have 7 songs and thats what really counts.

8/10: great!

It was actually good, though it wasn't really a cartoon or trailer for anything. The animation was subperb and it's sense of style was remenicent of salad fingers, but not as bizzare and more mechanical. The violence was top notch and I liked how you did your own represntation of getting blammed. Newgrounds has their own different types of blams (usually you can see it when you try to visit a cartoon that jot got blammed), but you should send them this to put it as one of their animations, that would be cool. I would to actually see some cartoons from you rather then a ad for your site.
4/5: your very talented with flash!

wow, thanks for the great review that makes sense, i didn't expected this high of a score from everybody, maybe i will create some more of this stuff, radom shit or something, but thanks for the review!

6/10: not to shabby

Don't get me wrong, I thought that this little short was nicely done, but didn't quite appeal to me. Also, the music is annoying. If only there was more work like this, because lately, there has been a whole lot of cartoons that focus on random and senseless violence. Which isn't bad, because I shure like violence (not mindless though), action (especially that has to do with zombies), with an overload of carnage. It's just refreshing to take a break and see this.
3/5: I'm more into tim burton stlye, but this was good none the less.

Though it really didn't appeal to me, despite I'm a huge fan of zombies, I think you are on the right path. You are a very creative and original person, you made something so unique that I have never seen before. I just wish it was appealing, seemed a bit too bizzare. I noticed in the beginning you had these small pics of the main characters, but I noticed that they were incredibly well drawn. Why not do that for your online comic? This is just a reccomendation and personnaly I don't want to change how you do things or your own personnel style.

EX35 responds:

One: The small pics were drawn by the same guy who drew that beautiful big breasted cat girl from the Oddlots Sexy Strip Quiz, Einhander. Don't worry, he didn't mind me using the pics. He does have an interesting webcomic on his website, www.oddlotsirregulars.com.

Two: I like my style of art. :) I just did the Zombie Chronicles for the guys at Oddlots and I wanted to share these movies I made with Newgrounds.

Three: Thx. I appreciate the input. My next project will include animation and art drawn by me. Again, thx. :)

8/10: great!

Wow, thanks! It was actually something I needed for my animated series. It's a great tutorial, especailly when you learn something, because it takes you step by step through the process and then shows the ending results. Surprisingly you are really good at animating and especailly good for teaching about it. Though I already knew my weapons, but needed some work with explosions. Hopefully it will show in my animation within a couple months.
4/5: thank you, thank you, thank you

thankyou for your in depth giant and heart warming review. :D

4/10: bad

Save your time just by only watching the one done by meightydein. That's the only one that had style, good graphics, and smooth animation. The rest are uterly pointless and short. Too bad I had to grade the cartoon as whole which brought down the overall grade. Meightydien, ditch the others and make your own work, seriously. The rest are poorly drawn, not that well animated, and most of all, not funny. Hate to be harsh, but I'm telling it as it is. It seems alot of people are into pointless animation, so I guess they have to make it for the mindless masses then.

DAIRYDOG responds:

Strange, so what you're saying is that if I had put LESS in the movie you would have given it a higher score? Strange, that doesn't sound fair.

6/10: not too shabby

I thought that the characters were really unique in thier own sense of style and I like the scene at the end were it it just their shadows or darkend figures et against a orange background. The animation could used a bit of work and the graphics were subpar. The sounds were okay, but seemed cliche. Also you used too many shinobi references and it would be cool if you did something different with the genre of ninjas. Also, what was up with the fight scene were he literaly thumped the creature on the head then blocked and repeat again. It wasn't that much of an amazing fight.

well, i now i didnt do such a great job, and ill improve. but you know, shinobi's not the only ninja that does stuff like that....

8/10: great!

Wow, this was actually made by the original strawberry clock. The creator of all things clocks?! When I 1st got into this site, I really didn't care for clocks and I really didn't get how there are som many of them. Do people just wake up, have a couple of blue berry pop tarts, have some oj, and then declare that they will be a (insert any item of choice) clock? Or dou you guys actually belong in a community of clocks? It is so confusing, but I could really care less. What makes this cartoon so cool, despite having the uber strawberry, is it's qurky humour. I just liked how straw b bounces around like an hyper active toddler that just had all of the kindergartender's class treats during bed time, where every one was suppose to be a sleep. You sneaky devil, you! Also the show seemed to be more about the fight between straw b and bana lock at the end. Which makes it even more funny because it strays off what the show is suppose to be. Also, straw b just read like 2 letters? The animation was slick and bouncifully chubby. The graphics were cartoonish and pleasing to the eye, and I like the color palette the best. Between the anticlock clock show and this, both are one of my fav clock shows that I'm looking for.
5/5 rating: the legendary straw b clock?!

Kazzar responds:

ummm, this isn't the orriginal strawberry clock. just a fan of the clock crew. I'm actually the blob clock, the green guy who dies. but thank for the good rating. and i am not taking credit for our king. no no no no. not sbc. sorry though.

4/10: bad

Hmm, the best way to describe this is it's score.
2/5 rating: nothing too new or intresting
The only thing good about this animation was how awesome gandor was drawn. Too bad none of the characters were as impressive as he was. The animation and graphics could of used a lttle work and the music over time got obnoxious. Also, what's up with the overly used slow mo. I've seen it about 10 times this week. The authors comment added a nice touch, but was overlooked because at time I was trying to watch the cartoon rather then read and to miss a beat of the action. The agian, I guess author comments are meant for a 2nd viewing, but there isn't much here to give me an incentive to replay.

eddsworld responds:

well, this was a first for me.

6/10: not too shabby

Nothing was really too surprising or interesting, but it had it's momements. I liked how you perfectly captured link doing regualur business in the game, but in the cartoon however, seems like a raging kleptomaniac. The expression on his face was funny and how the music came up when link was near was hilarious, it was so enthusastic and happy. Of course the graphics and animation weren't horrible, but not necessarily the best. I don't know if that was intentional or part of it's style. Either way, this was a unique spoof that had some longevity to it.
3/5 rating: I'm glad that you drew your own characters instead of using the uncreative and unoriginal stick figures or sprites, which have been used way to many times before.

RogerregoRRoger responds:

WEll i never intended to be the best, just to people stop saying that the graphics were EXTREMELY crappy, which i seem to have achieved..
WEll thanks for the review ^_^
